About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers a commission-based compensation structure with the potential for direct hire after one year, including a competitive salary, benefits package, and a title increase.

- Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote our services to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction management or related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
